Positive: Good location, friendly welcoming staff. The resort is quite big with lots of options for dining and drinks
Negative: It's definitely not a 5 star resort, and parts of the hotel are quite dated. Our shower didn't drain properly and there was a leak from the toilet. the "Wish & get" service basically didn't exist. Cleaning could have been more thorough at times and the quality of the meals at the a la carte restaurants were average at best

Positive: The food choices at the Main Restaurant were above expectation and a pleasant surprise. The green lushness of the resort grounds next to the blue of the winding outdoor pool = great place for relaxation.
Negative: The room was a bit worn, especially tile on the floor, futon. It sort of shows that the resort isn't new anymore. Lobby and other areas looked great.

Positive: Definitely hotel staff and people. Nice to see that everything is clean. The food is exceptional in every aspect. Perfect place for family vacation as well. I would like to mention couple staff names who were absolutely amazing, professional and went above all expectations: Memnune (Pier Bar), Seval (Restaurant manager), Umut (Main restaurant) and Kaya( Wabi-Sabi and Bistro snack)
Negative: There is nothing unlikable for this hotel. We liked everything that was presented.
Summary: It was definately right choise to spent time in this hotel.We'll come again.

Positive: I liked the courtesy of the staff, the huge variety of food, the pool, the beach, the room. Everything. The room was very big, with two bathrooms and two balconies! Şelale, who was cleaning our room, was adorable and very professional. Ramazan C. at the main restaurant was always nice and working tirelessly, as well as all the other employees. It was our second time in this hotel and we will go again.

Positive: Myself and my husband have stayed at Paloma Pasha 4 times now. We love the choice of restaurants and places to sunbathe…by the amazing pool, the small beach or our favourite place the jetty. Everything is easily accessible due to the layout of the complex. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Overall a lovely relaxing place with the option to join in on activities if you’re feeling energetic, go for a walk along the promenade nearby and attend great evening entertainment if you choose to.
Negative: The cocktails could do with an upgrade, most of them are made with a mix of syrups which are pretty awful. The beds by the pool were changed a few years ago and are not comfortable like the original ones were. The food in the main restaurant can often be gone cold so it’s best to wait for a fresh batch to come out.
Summary: So far the Paloma Pasha our favourite all round hotel with everything to offer in one place.

Positive: We liked the incredible swimming pool, facilities, cleanliness, beach location, staff and the wonderful buffet style meals.
Negative: The only thing I would comment on or rather suggest, is the layout of the buffet in the main restaurant. Both meat and vegetarian dishes were sat side by side, sometimes with no food description label by its side, so it was difficult to tell if the dish was meat or vegetarian. Maybe an idea, to have vegetarian dishes presented on one side and meat dishes on the other, to make it easier especially for the vegetarians to know what they are eating.
